Exchange/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gotpink. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.To be eligible for an exchange/Refund , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.

Refunds are provided in the form of store credit.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Exchanges are unavailable for Customized/Personalized Orders.

Our exchange policy lasts 1-7 days. If 7 days have passed since the receival of your order, we are unable to offer you an exchange. Kindly inform us on the requirement for an exchange as soon as possible. If you have placed the order via our website mail us at gotpinkclothing@gmail.com with the subject as “Exchange – Your name (name used to place order)” and we will contact you as soon as possible to proceed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and you will be contacted to proceed with the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and receiving the new item.
